Lajes Field in the Azores, Portugal, saw its largest-ever influx of American aircraft between February 18 and 19.
At least 11 KC-46 tankers, 12 F-16 fighter jets, and one C-17 cargo plane passed through the base, along with approximately 400 U.S. military personnel.
